change my e-mail address?
No. You can forward your primary email address to your new Aloak Mail address e.g. yourname@aloak.org. Aloak
filters the email on our server and then marks any Spam email before placing it into
your inbox.
Some ISPs and email service providers like Hotmail and Yahoo do not allow forwarding.
At any time, you can start using your new Aloak email address as your primary email address if you wish.
What if my ISP does not allow
me to forward my e-mail? Can I still use Aloak Spam Filter?
Yes. Most ISPs give the option to allow you to forward your email.
If you are unable to forward your email to your Aloak filtered email account, then you
will not be able to use your primary email address. However, you
will be able to use your Aloak email address. For example,
yourname@aloak.org.
Is there an email client that
I will need to use?
Any POP3 email client will work with Aloak SPAM Filter. For example,
Outlook Office, Outlook Express, Eudora, Netscape, and IncrediMail.

Simply notify Aloak staff using our online support form and we will discontinue your spam filtering service.

Absolutely Not. Your personal details will never be given away
